At Jobwell our goal is injury prevention through thorough hazard identification and control, comprehensive training programs, and promotion of the Internal Responsibility System. Issues identified at all levels of the organization and are resolved promptly and completely.

Mechanisms are then in place to communicate changes in an effective and timely manner. We’ve also branded our health and safety program so that materials are customized to our needs. They are bright, colorful, clear, concise and effective.

Since 2013, our goal has been to ensure each employee receives training customized to their role. We have attained this goal of 100% compliance. We also track our success by the WSIB’s Workplace Injury Summary Report.
