Founded in 1993 and located in flourishing Kingston, Ontario, Jobwell operates a variety of businesses that are purpose-built to create meaningful employment opportunities for adults living with persistent mental health challenges.
Our unique, hands-on supportive employment model cares for the whole person by creating a personalized work experience and empowering staff to build on their skills to achieve their vocational goals.

At The Lake Café
Full service café and kitchen inside Providence Care Hospital. With fresh baked muffins and scones, hot lunches, Cookes coffee and a range of salads, sandwiches and treats.
Hands on Car Wash
Delivering hands-on, high quality car wash and detailing services at great prices. Services ranging from routine exterior shines to deep cleans.
Breaking Ground Café
Full service café and kitchen serving the daycare in the YMCA of Eastern Ontario. Open Monday to Friday.

Full service commercial kitchen located at 525 Montreal St. Various contracts with local businesses as well as a café for Providence Care staff and clients.
